The workshop aims to explore the influence of global market on the food chain approach to change, value creation and building sustainable competitiveness. Presentations will include strategic global insights driving change in food value chains, value chain response and case studies.
Global market trends are creating new threats and opportunities which are shaping the food value chains of the future. The food chain response can be pro-active or reactive; build competitive advantage or embark upon a pathway of terminal self destruction. The workshop will examine the principle success factors for creating sustainable competitiveness through the food value chain.
Purpose: To explore the influence of the market on the food chain approach to change, value creation and building sustainable competitiveness.
